About one of our represented steel factory:

Our factory was founded in autumn 1993 as a privately-owned Hungarian company.
Our core activities are general construction and steelwork manufacture. During the quarter-century of our corporate history, to date we have completed 423 steel and reinforced concrete buildings – mostly production, commercial and sporting facilities. We manufacture steelwork in our own 8500 sqm plant. Metal processing and manufacture of individual parts is carried out on our own CNC line. We price quality above anything else. For that reason we established our own manufacture where quality can be traced from the raw materials through production to delivery. Auxiliary fixtures and individual cladding elements are manufactured in our own CNC metal working and sheet processing plant.

After an order is submitted, optimal material use is calculated for sheet plans or cutting plans. In practice this means we prepare a sheet or cutting plan.
The steelwork production line is able to automatically process the NC files generated by engineers by splitting it into elements, thus eliminating possibilities for human errors in production.
Element numbers are engraved into components to prevent faulty assembly.
The element numbers mean we are able to track which element has been manufactured from which piece of material and where it is in the production process. Quality is controlled and documented at several levels.
